A group of employees of Territorial Social Assistance Structures from 13 districts, as well as Chisinau and Balti participate in the two-day training “Care and assistance of separated or unaccompanied children refugees from Ukraine” that is delivered offline and online. The training is provided with the support of the international expert, Mrs. Lupe Staigers.
The event is held in the context of providing optimal protection to refugee children, who are unaccompanied or separated from caregivers, originating from Ukraine, and who require assistance and protection in the Republic of Moldova. The response to these risks is based on the family-type social services already existing in our country: Foster Care and Family-Type Children's Home.
The training is organized by NGO “Partnerships for every child”, with the support of UNICEF Moldova, Changing the Way We Care Initiative and Catholic Relief Services.
