Training program in Change Management was provided to the staff of auxiliary school of Nisporeni. The objective of the training was to develop the staff’s capacity to adapt to the changes that are taking place in the institution.
Special attention was given to subjects such as: Stages of the change process, Reasons of resilience to change, Types of change acceptance, and Methods to overcome resilience to change. The participants actively discussed these issues during practical workshops, developing correct understanding of the fundamental principles of the residential care system reform, and gaining necessary skills for the implementation of a coherent and structured plan of transformation of their institution.
This event was held within the project “Children in Moldova are cared for in safe and secure families” funded by USAID and implemented by the Raion Council of Nisporeni and Partnerships for Every Child.
