    Partnerships for Every Child Strategic Plan 2022-2026

    The P4EC Strategic Plan is driven by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), which anchors all of the P4EC work. At the same time it is in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and the new strategic directions outlined in the Country Child Protection Programme (2022- 2026) that is under development at the moment.

    Children's reintegration: Longitudinal study of children's reintegration in Moldova

    This report documents a 22-month longitudinal study of the reintegration of children in residential care in Moldova. This research was carried out by Partnerships for Every Child with the support of Family for Every Child, a network of national NGOs. The overall study – which also examines the reintegration of street children in Mexico and of child domestic workers in Nepal – aims to identify successful elements in strategies to ensure the sustainable reintegration of children without parental care by examining the reintegration process over four phases.

    USAID – the donor that supports till the end the residential child care system reform in Moldova

    Dr. Grigoraş made an overview of the residential care system in Moldova, highlighting the causes and conditions that favor child’s institutionalization, and talked about the situation that lead to the care system reform in the country. The main results of this reform were underlined, explaining the approach made by the USAID/DCOF-funded project supporting the Government of the Republic of Moldova in the national child care system reform, implementation of the vast deinstitutionalization process, including the theory of change in this process. Mrs. Grigoraş presented the main factors of success, identifying the major challenges in further reform.

    FINAL PROJECT EVALUATION. The Developing Short Break Foster Care Service for Children with Disabilities in the Republic of Moldova Project (May 2011 - November 2012) was implemented by Partnerships for Every Child (P4EC), funded from the European Commission-EIDHR and additional P4EC resources. The project’s overall objective was to increase the ability of the social protection system of Moldova to address the rights of children with disabilities to quality family based social care.
