    The MellowParenting educational program extends in other three regions

    The MellowParenting educational program for parents extends in Orhei, Singerei, and Soroca. Thus, on 15-18 May 2017, two international experts of the MellowParenting program are delivering training to the future practitioners for the three mentioned regions, who will be licensed to run this program. Following the training, the practitioners will be supported to recruit parents, and to conduct and assess group sessions with them.

    The “Mellow Parenting” program for parents’ strengthening will be implemented in the Republic of Moldova

    The Mellow Parenting program is launched in the Republic of Moldova for the first time and aims at supporting parents in the development of their parental skills at various stages of child development, from pre-birth to the pre-school age. The Mellow Parenting program is underpinned by the principles of attachment, social learning and cognitive behavioral theory.

    Summer school for the most active 200 children of Moldova

    P4EC and its partners discussed on the wellbeing concept "Getting it right - TOGETHER - for every child"

    Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family (MLPSF), decision makers and specialists with attribution in child rights protection of 11 Moldovan districts had recently discussed, in a workshop, on the wellbeing concept, named „Getting it right – TOGETHER – for every child”. The given concept will be piloted by P4EC, under the surveillance of MLSPF, and is expected to be soon integrated in national policies and practices of family and child protection.

    It is known that a happy home is like a nest of beauty – a nest where first dreams come to life, become part of us and follow us wherever we go. … For now, we stopped at Visoca, a village of the district of Soroca, where we met 4 brothers. Actually, they were born in a family of 10 children and come from a totally different region of the Country. They’re from the district of Criuleni.

    Foster Care in Moldova – new achievements and perspectives

    Foster Care Assistance Association (“Asistenţa Parentală Profesionistă – Suport pentru copii”) was recently registered in Moldova. The Association’s goal is to develop a professional network of family-type alternative care of children at risk. The association will act as a professional platform designed for all persons, organizations involved and interested in this area.
