    A social reintegration centre for children and young people, orphans or left without parental care, was inaugurated in Cahul

    Cahul, 15th September 2015. “Casa Mea” (My Home) reintegration centre was inaugurated on 15th September in Cahul. The Centre’s beneficiaries are children and young people, orphans and those left without parental care, aged between 16 and 23, who have reduced chances for family and community reintegration upon exit from alternative care.

    Summer school for the most active 200 children of Moldova

    P4EC and its partners discussed on the wellbeing concept "Getting it right - TOGETHER - for every child"

    Representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family (MLPSF), decision makers and specialists with attribution in child rights protection of 11 Moldovan districts had recently discussed, in a workshop, on the wellbeing concept, named „Getting it right – TOGETHER – for every child”. The given concept will be piloted by P4EC, under the surveillance of MLSPF, and is expected to be soon integrated in national policies and practices of family and child protection.

    A methodical seminar was held this summer, in June, 23 – 24, in the city of Vadul Lui Vodă, with the participation of the Heads of Psycho–Pedagogical Assistance Services (of regional and municipal level). Participants at the seminar discussed about the wellbeing concept and family’s protective factors. The event was organized by the Ministry of Education and the Psycho-pedagogical Assistance Republican Centre (PARC), with P4EC support.

    30 young people with motor disabilities from Ungheni region are participating in a social project “I’d like to invite you to a dance…” The goal of the project with total value of 500 thousand lei is to ensure social inclusion of young people with disabilities, securing their possibility to participate in all areas of life, along with other members of the society, in line with the principles of fundamental human rights and liberties.

Actually, they were born in a family of 10 children and come from a totally different region of the Country. They’re from the district of Criuleni.

    Children from a number of raions talked about rights, tolerance, and equality

    645 pupils of forms V – IX from mainstream schools of Singerei town and Pepeni village (Singerei raion) are participating on 24th – 28th November in a series of activities to build positive attitude, tolerance and equality in rights, regardless of one’s social status, origin, education, previous care experience, etc. During the sessions the pupils are trained in various issues of discussion on the rights of children, communication, conflict resolution, etc.
